Since 2023 Angela has served as a producer and a transcriptionist for BOMB Magazine's Oral History Project. Her focus is visual artists in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Between 2021 and 2022 Angela produced and transcribed the collection of oral histories for the ericka huggins and Stephen Shames publication, Comrade Sisters Women of the Black Panther Party (ACC Art Books, 2022).
Since 2017, Angela has collected first person narratives from parents, students, staff, and community supporters of the Black Panther's award-winning elementary level Oakland Community School, 1973-1982.
Angela has been preserving oral histories of Black Panther Party women since 1991.
